Our Booking Process
Check Availability
If you have any questions about the booking process please contact us by phone or online using our contact form. We will always respond as quickly as possible, normally within an hour. If you have not heard from us within this time frame or if you have an urgent enquiry, please call us. If we are unable to answer when you call please leave a message and we will get straight back to you.
Once we have received your request for availability we will contact you to confirm the details and discuss any special requirements your cat(s) may have during their stay with us.

Cancellation Policy
If you cancel a booking at late notice (within 7 days of intended arrival) a fee equal to 7 nights stay at the agreed rate will be charged. If your scheduled stay is 7 nights or less, the full balance will be due.
We have to enforce our cancellation policy as we have limited availability and we often have to turn customers away, so we can not hold pens indefinitely.
